Reinhold Fortner is one of many minor officers in Millennium and the only one of them to have his name mentioned. He has a large scar on the left side of his face. Reinhold describes a bombed London as "A twilight view of hell, is it the only place fit for monsters such as us, it is the only place we would want to be". He then orders the SS vampires to prepare for landing ("All right you frontswine off we go to war!) and is the first German soldier to set foot on English soil. The Major notices that this action his worth the ironcross. It is unknown how he died most likely by the hands of the Vatican soldiers or by Alucards hand.
