Hellsing: Volume 4 is the fourth volume in the Hellsing manga series. It was originally released in Japan in September of 2001 and released in English on September 1, 2004.
Plot Summary
As Hellsing and Iscariot hold a meeting with the Queen of the United Kingdom their conference is interrupted by a message from The Major (via live video transmission brought in by the ubiquitous Schrödinger) citing his intention to wage war on England. Meanwhile, a VTOL aircraft carrier called the Eagle gets hijacked by Millennium. The ships entire crew is turned into ghouls by a English traitor and the millennium Lieutenant Rip van Winkle boards the ship with her battalion of Millennium troops. Meanwhile the Major and his minions make their way toward London to drive England into another war.
