Synopsis[]

Prologue[]

1989, Hellsing Manor. After the death of the Hellsing Organisation's headmaster; he appointed his daughter, Integral Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, as headmaster. Rage and distraught rains upon Arthur's younger brother, Richard Hellsing, who waited for his brother to die for over 20 years to be the head of Hellsing. Due to this, Richard set out a hunt for Arthur's daughter straight on when the butler, Walter C. Dornez, was away at the time.

Successfully, having been hiding in the vents of the manor, Sir Integra watches as Richard Hellsing calls out for her "pretty niece," and stating that he simply cannot accept his brother's decision. Dropping down to the forgotten area below the basement, Integra runs for her life as she remembers what Arthur said before he passed away: if she ever finds herself in trouble, and if it is critical, then she should go for the long forgotten dungeon as a knight in shining armor awaits for Sir Hellsing.

Standing in front of the door at the entrance of the dungeon, Integra opens the door and keeps it open to light up the dark and misty room riddled with mystery surrounding it. As the cloud of smoke disappears, she glares as she stares at a rotten corpse that has been sitting there for over a decade. Approaching the corpse and wandering the hidden dungeon aimlessly, Integra asked if this is the means for her protection.

Alucards awakening

The mysterious corpse's awakening

Only then, Richard Hellsing suddenly appears behind her and points his pistol at her, and finally finding the fräulein at last, pulls the trigger; hitting Integra's shoulder as she is pushed away by the shot while being knocked to the floor as blood splatters to the corpse, and on the floor. Smoke is let loose by the fire on Richard's pistol as he still points his gun at her niece, approaching slowly while confirming everything Integra asked.

As he is ready to finish off his niece, he then suddenly hears someone licking blood, only to then discover that the corpse next to them is licking the blood splattered across the floor as everybody in the room watches in horror. Standing up, the corpse broke free of the hold that was keeping him in place, and attacks the perpetrators as the title card of the episode appears.

Plot[]

Cheddar Incident[]

Present day, Cheddar Village 1999. As the sun goes down and the sky turns black, a group of rookie officers by the name of Simon, Eddie, and Seras Victoria are called upon after a report of missing people in Cheddar. During the investigation, they found a lead, which sends them into the Village's church. Upon arriving armed, they point their pistols and flashlight at everything; until the sight of someone mysterious and a deep growl.

Unbeknownst to them, this may be the end for them. The person stands up whilst biting on what appears to be a corpse of a woman. Suddenly, he slowly turns around to the rookie cops, and shows them the corpse as a rain of blood splatters through the bite mark.

Simon eddie and Seras

Simon, Eddie, and Seras prepares for an attack

Smiling while doing so, this action creeps out the officers immensely, with the young female officer covering her mouth. Then suddenly, the mysterious man spreads his arm wide open, and a hail of growls surrounds them as dead bodies begins to get up. Seeing the reanimated bodies approach them slowly, the trio then prepares for an attack. The ghouls strike back, as the officers begins to fire aimlessly at them, and in doing so, they lose the flashlight. The other two were caught, but a ghoul strikes at the young female officer.

At the roads leading towards the village, police have sealed the village with roadblocks after a mysterious picture being was sent to them. As this situation is completely out of their hands, the London Police Commander decided to take this to the higher ups, who then called upon the Hellsing Organisation. Arriving shortly thereafter, Sir Hellsing's coat was taken off respectfully by her butler, Walter C. Dornez. The Commander asks about what creature they're seeing are, to which, The Director of Hellsing, Sir Integra, turns around and states that they're ghouls. The village has became their den.

Sir Integra then explains that ghouls are what become of a non-virgin humans who've been attacked by vampires, and since they're zombies but controlled by vampires, Sir Integra says that there's a vampire within the village. Bewildered, the Commander does not believe what she's saying and instead nervously smiles and states that he would not believe an occult story like that. Walter C. Dornez hands Integra her cigarette as she its into her mouth whilst saying that petty officials like him don't know and don't need to, but her royal organizations has been fighting them for a very long time and that it's only natural for them to not know as they're specialized in specific situations.

Sir Integra and petty officials

Sir Integra tells them about the legacy of Hellsing

Grabbing a lighter, Walter lights Integra's cigarette while she states to the petty officials that there's a vampire in the village controlling the ghouls, and if he send in all the troops they have, they'd be only feeding them food. Sir Integra explains that only when a Dracula or a Draculina sucks the blood of a virgin, only then they'd breed more vampires. Or they'd just be mindless slaves controlled by vampires. While smoking, Sir Integra states that in order to keep the ghouls from further multiplying, Hellsing will handle the situation.

Alucard looking at the Moon

Hellsing's vampire hunter, on his way to Cheddar as he moongazes

She assures that one of her expert vampire hunters is already on his way to Cheddar, and the situation will be settled in a matter of hours. Asking who he is, Sir Integra explains that when it comes to monsters, nobody is more of an expert than him. Walking through the woods of the closed town of Cheddar, the expert vampire hunter stops and takes a look at the moon, commenting about how it's a great night and that it's totally the kind of night that makes him want to drink blood as his glass reflects on the red moon.

Barely managing to escape from the vampire's grip, Seras Victoria then runs aimlessly in the forest, horrified and reflects on what had happened before. However she was stopped by the vampire and her coworkers, who was turned into ghouls by the vampire. Turning around, she sees the monster who tells her that there's no use running as he laughs. But then in a blink of an eye as she points her pistol at him, the vampire is a feet in front of her and puts her in a hold.

She then grabs onto her private parts as Seras sees the corpse of Simon and Eddie walking up to her, which brings her into tears. Smugly, the vampire states that her partners are his, and that he's going to make her, his too. Angered by this statement, Seras then pulls her pistol and manages to point it at the vampire and shoots him at point blank range, which propelled the vampire backwards as cloud of smoke lets loose out of his forehead. However instead, he giggles while stating that all he wants is a loyal slave, and not a Draculina with a free will.

Cheddar Priest grabs Seras

The mysterious vampire-Vicar puts Seras in a hold after shoving her pistol away

The vampire then puts her in a lock once more before turning her backwards while shoving off her pistol to the ground. Smirking, the vampire plans on taking away her virginity and turn her into one of his ghouls while commenting on the fact that girls like her usually aren't virgins. He plans on the stuff he'll do to her, saying that he'll force himself into her first before taking his time sucking her blood while grabbing and touching her private body parts as she struggles to get out. Seras then lets out a loud scream, heard by the vampire hunter.

Opening his eye, his presence amongst the vampires is heard. The vampire hunter giggles and slowly walks towards Seras and the vampire. As he stands still, the vampire asks about his identity, only for the vampire hunter to state that he's a professional killer; for the likes of him. Seeing this as just a bluff, the vampire then laughs and mocks him before spreading his right arm wide open and snapping his fingers; ordering his ghouls to kill him.

Alucard barrage of bulletss

The vampire hunter is hit by a storm of bullets from the vampire's ghouls

Suddenly, the vampire hunter gets barraged by a storm of bullets non-stop, with shotguns, assault rifles, pistols, ect. Half of his face gets blown away, with his skeleton showing and most of his body torn off with an arm sliced away by the bullets as cloud of smokes fills the area. His body then drops to the floor as the priest slowly walks and takes a moment to insult the "professional killer," laughing at the sight of his mangled corpse.

Then suddenly, a bright, neon strike of a red eye opens on the corpse, and a laugh is heard. Caterpillars is then summoned and walks freely within the corpse as the laugh grows more and more intense.

The corpse's mouth then moves freely and starts laughing manically while a red aura glows within his body as bats from the red moon approaches. At the tent, the London Police Commander is shocked to hear that the expert vampire hunter, is a vampire hunter himself. Smirking, Sir Integra states that he's right while explaining that humans don't make a good vampire hunter as they die and get wounded very quickly, so the most efficient way to deal with a vampire, is with another vampire. Even so, the vampire kept by the Hellsing Organisation is the most powerful of them all.

Regenerationer2

The vampire hunter regenerates his wounds

While the blood that splatters across the grass slowly returns back to him, regenerating the wounds and body parts lost, throughout the process, the vampire hunter smiles. His arm is reattached, his face is remade, as a swarm of mist and darkness surrounds the area. Standing up, the mist circles the area and makes a torpedo while his physical body and clothing regenerates. At the sight of this, the Priest-Vampire is left speechless; both him and Seras herself.

Alucard shooting the ghouls2

Within mere seconds after regenerating, the vampire hunter destroys the army of undead single handedly

Now finished regenerating, the vampire hunter pulls out a huge, long-barreled pistol and then points his gun at the priest with his right arm acting as a holder. Then suddenly, he changes targets and decides to take his time by taking out the ghouls, first; wiping them all out with a simultaneous barrage of bullets coming out of his pistol embedded with silver bullets that makes a quick work of the vampire. Soon after taking out the front guards, the vampire hunter circles himself and shoots mindlessly.

As the army of ghouls disappears and is turn into dust, the priest is left speechless as his army of armed ghouls is single-handedly wiped out by a pistol.

Pulling the slide and dropping the magazine inside, the vampire hunter reloads his pistol as he explains that a Silver Cross originating from Lanchester Cathedral was melted down and made into a 13mm shells, and that they'll kill any FREAKs they hit. Now at a stand-off with equal footing, the priest wonders why a vampire would side with humans, then hides behind innocent Seras Victoria. Sweating profusely and is desperate, the priest states that she's the only human left and asks if he wants for her to live, but on one condition: the vampire hunter has to let him loose on purpose, only then he would let go of the girl.

Glaring at the girl, the vampire hunter asks if she's a virgin, which made Seras awkward and speechless, while leaving the priest baffled and confused. The vampire hunter once again asks if she's a virgin, but Seras won't answer while the priest calls him a swine. The vampire hunter then points his gun at them, demanding an answer.

Alucard impales the Pastor

Alucard impales the pastor through the heart after penetrating his heart with his weapon

Only then, Seras closes her eyes and confirms that she is, to which, suddenly, the vampire hunter shoots Seras through the heart. The bullet, in which, blows Seras's heart would then penetrate into the priest and stuns him; letting go of the girl he held captive. Taking advantage of the situation, the vampire hunter charges his arm before charging and striking his arm into the vampire's torso; ending him for eternity as he blows away into dust while he smiles.

Making a quick work of Richard Hellsing by shooting him with the help of the corpse's arm that holds her pistol steady, Integra asks for his name, to which, the corpse tells her that her father called him "Alucard," as he bows down to Sir Hellsing.

Seras reaching for alucard

Hopeless and desperate clouds within the young Police Girl's heart as she reaches her arms up for the vampire hunter

Now that the target is finished, Alucard goes on looking for the girl; who lays there on the pool of her own blood through a massive hole sent by Alucard's weapon, the Casull, bleeding as she awaits for her death. Slowly walking towards the poor girl, Alucard apologizes for his actions but states that it's necessary to do so as in order to hit his heart, he had to hit her lung. Shortly before asking for what she's going to do next. Slowly, Seras reaches her arms up for Alucard as her PTSD as a child is brought back in display, featuring the horrors she's seen, just as a little kid as tears falls through her dark and moody eyes.

But then, Alucard grabs her falling hand, smiling; commenting and complementing the night as his smile grows wider and wider. But then, Seras awakes in his dream fully in a different attire. Asking where she is, she is met by a large explosion through the floor only to see a group of ghouls spotting her as she screams in fear of her life.

Seras bumps into alucard

In her dream of utter craziness happening, she bumps into Alucard

But then, she is stopped by Alucard who then asks him about what it feels like being dead, to which, the police girl is left confused. To make her even more so, Alucard states that it's her choice. Stepping back, she sees through the large wound put by the high caliber pistol that Alucard has, and then, Alucard spreads his coat open while bending down to match his height with hers. Seras comments that she can't move as Alucard moves closer and closer as she screams.

Awoken from her nightmare, Seras takes multiple breath as she takes around to look at where she is. Looking down, she is to see her wound disappearing, and lets out a sigh of relief. Only then she sees Alucard that she once again screams, awkwardly. Alucard then stands up and asks her about what it feels like to be a Draculina. To hear this, she is shocked and finds a mirror, in which, she uses to check her physical body to see any changes.

Integra appers

Unexpectedly, Sir Integra and Walter appears at Seras' room to recruit her into the royal agency, later giving her, her uniform

When she smiles and check on her teeth however, there appears to be fangs and she once again, screams loudly. Sir Integra and Walter would then come to the room; commenting on the fact that she's so loud. Sir Integra states that she doesn't particularly care if she's a vampire, but she must still act like an English woman. Seras stretches and asks about her whereabouts, to which, Sir Integra states that she is in the manor of the Royal Order of Protestant Knights, better known as the Hellsing Organisation.

Seras wonders if she's going to be a member of the Organisation, to which, Sir Integra says that she's correct as Walter walks towards Seras to give her the Hellsing Organisation's outfit, and then mysteriously tells her to take out the vampire.

Birmingham Incident[]

As the helicopter flies through the streets of Birmingham, police officers is brought due to multiple murders of families reported. As this situation is out of their hands, the Hellsing Organisation is called upon and Sir Integra felt insulted that the perpetrators severed their victims' heads and wrote with their blood, in which, they wrote blasphemous massages challenging themselves to Christianity. Standing in front of the message given, Sir Integra states that they're thumbing their noses at their church, their country, and Hellsing.

Finding their whereabouts, Sir Integra tells the crew on their way that the target is moving to Route 17, and orders them to eliminate them and not leave one alive, as these FREAKs must not be allowed to live. On a specific house in Birmingham, the perpetrators, Huger and Jessica, brutally massacres one more. Taking a stop to relax and talk about each other lovely, and states that they'll live forever as an immortal vampires, they are to be interrupted by a bell ringing on the front door.

Alucard appears front door

After sending in a barrage of bullets at Huger, Alucard burst through the door and stands there whilst a cloud of smoke surrounds the radius

With his Škorpion gun, Huger walks towards the front door only to be met by a barrage of bullets sent by Alucard's Casull which sends him to the floor and bleed profusely. The door then breaks as Alucard enters the house. Standing there menacingly, Alucard points his Casull at Huger as Huger crawls to the wall and grabs his Škorpion, to shoot at Alucard. However without any effort put, Alucard simply blocks the barrage of bullets as Huger laughs manically while shooting.

Only then when he is finished to see the results, he is terrified to see that no damage was done.

Alucard walks up to Huger

Alucard slowly makes his way towards the scared Huger who's running away

Seeing him running out of ammo, Alucard goes on insulting him for not being able to turn into a fog nor a bat, and not even his gunshot wounds, or how if he runs out of bullets, he can't even fight while walking slowly towards the terrified Huger. Alucard then states that he should be ashamed for wanting to be a true Nosferatu. Huger drops his gun and runs to the next room as Alucard catches up. Busting through the door, Alucard slowly walks towards it as he readies his Casull.

Alucard pointing his gun at Huger

Alucard, moments before sending in a storm of bullets at the pathetic and bloodthirsty vampire

Then, he points his Casull at Huger before sending another hail of Silver bullets towards the egotistical vampire as he tries to run. The bullet first hit sends Huger to the wall, and then he is met by a continuous barrage of bullets sent by Alucard manually and wouldn't stop doing so until he runs out of bullets, all that while aiming randomly. As Huger screams in pain, letting out a tear before then Alucard stops and rushing forward charging his arm to impale Huger through the heart in a similar fashion as he did to the priest.

Alucard impales Huger

After sending in a barrage of bullets, Alucard then charges and impales Huger in the heart; in a similar fashion of what he did to a certain Priest

Letting go of his hand from Huger's heart as blood flows through and covers his gloves in, a rain of blood would then come out of Huger's wounds and then he turns into dust. Putting his Casull inside his jacket, Alucard turns around and walks outside as he tells Seras to not let her get away. Up in the roof, Seras aims his weapon, Baerlks, at Jessica. Seeing Seras hesitating, Alucard asks what's wrong, and commands her to make it quick, to which, Seras states that Jessica is incredibly fast and is already 500 or 600 meters away.

Seras unlocks third eye

In moment of pure focus, Seras unlocks her third eye as she is able to see Jessica, who's 500/600 miles away, clearly without a scope

Smiling, Alucard tells her to imagine a third eye on her forehead and shoot, but if she shoots like a human, she'll only be able to hit like one. Alucard states that she can't miss a single shot through the heart that would put an end to Jessica. However, Seras complains that she doesn't have a scope, but Alucard tells her that that'd only be a problem if she was a human, but she isn't. Taking notice to what he said, Seras then focuses and her eyes turns red, and she is shocked to see that she's able to see Jessica clearly.

She pulls the trigger to hit Jessica through the heart and the bullet would do so and turn her into dust as Jessica falls to the ground.

Her eyes turns back to normal again and she is stunned. Alucard smiles and tells her that she's done a good job as Seras wonders what happened to her. Taking a look at her hand, Seras can't let go of her human side and lets out a sigh. Behind, Alucard tells Seras that she has more ways to go until she becomes a true member of her kind, and a long one at that while Seras looks towards the bright and shining moon.

Integrasuspicious

Integra, suspicious about the recent vampire attacks may be related to some strange organizations making vampires as their hobby

Back at the manor, Sir Integra looks at her computer which reports vampire related incidents, and is left baffled to see that there's so many, and most of them are third and fourth rate small-fry who kills at random; nothing but pointless, pathetic and foolish acts. Sir Integra then wonders if someone is churning out the vampires as if it's the easiest thing in the world.

Badrick Incident[]

Northern Ireland, Ferdinant Lukes. Father Alexander Anderson is brought by attention after two of his orphanage children, Mark and Nepis, fights. Calling them out, Anderson tells them stop fighting as they can't go to heaven if they resort to violence against their own friends, to which, Mark and Nepis then begs for forgiveness. Anderson smiles while scolding them calming, telling them that the only people they can use violence against are monsters and heathens.

Father Renaldo and Anderson

Alexander Anderson, talking about the strange things that's been happening around the world with Father Renaldo

Anderson then sees Father Renaldo walking within the distance, and immediately tells his kids to go to their room and play, while waving as he watches them run and play with each other. Catching up to Anderson who asks what does he need from him, Renaldo informs him that strange things has been happening, getting Anderson's attention immediately who turns around and stopped walking. But it's not until Renaldo tells him that it's a vampire related situation Anderson then listens carefully.

Renaldo tells Anderson that vampires have been turning up repeatedly within their borders, and that the numbers are outside the norm. Renaldo asks if Anderson is familiar with Hellsing, to which, he does, and Renaldo then says that they've been performing better than they have anticipated. Smiling, Anderson says that they're only amateurs and nothing else, and that they're like kindergartens compared to The Vatican. Then, Anderson switches his mood and asks for what does Renaldo wants from him as if the trouble is in England, then they should let Hellsing handle it, but then Renaldo says "If it is in England."

If anyone does not love

Alexander Anderson, prepared to go and finally fight vampires after a long time, speaks out a quote from the bible

Renaldo informs Anderson that this time, it happened within Northern Ireland in a local town of Badrick, and Hellsing is on the move; so they cannot just sit back and watch. Anderson calls Hellsing out for stepping on The Vatican's turf, calling them shameless and presumptuous, while Renaldo states that Northern Ireland is not a Protestant land, instead it's a Catholic land. Anderson plans to be on his way there, but asks what if he runs into Hellsing, which Renaldo then implies that it doesn't matter.

"If anyone does not love the lord, Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come. Amen."

Inside a building in Badrick which is infested with ghouls, Alucard is having fun killing the ghouls inside while Seras awaits her orders from her Master. Reloading and still seeing a bunch of ghouls, Alucard orders Seras to attack, to which, Seras then leaps through the door and stands up while forcing herself to shoot the ghouls as they are not human. Shooting a couple shots with Baerlks, Seras strides forwards and begins rushing towards the ghouls and shooting. Her eyes then turns red.

From behind, Alucard follows and kills the surviving ghouls while informing Seras to aim at the heart or head, and tells her that the only way to save them is to kill them.

Seras reloads

Understanding what Alucard had said, Seras reloads her Baerlks before going on a rampage killing the ghouls

Pulling out the magazine, Seras turns around says "Yes sir, my Master" as her eyes glows red while she reloads. A horde of ghouls with weapons then appears, to which, Seras only smiles at the sight of this. The ghouls shoots but Seras runs straight towards it, dodging the bullets sent swiftly. In order to finish them off, Seras when near would then slide through the ghouls while shooting, and at the end; Seras stops, drops her weapon and jabs a ghoul to the floor.

Then, she steps the ghouls head and then crushes it with her foot as blood sprays to her face.

Seras almost drink blood

Moments before turning herself into a true Midian, Seras is struck by a sword blessed with silver in the neck

Watching this, Alucard is impressed. Then, he sees Seras trying to lick the blood on her hand, Alucard smiles widely. But then, Seras was suddenly impaled from behind by a sword through the neck, shocking her and Alucard. Falling from the injury, Seras is only met by multiple swords thrown from behind that impales her multiple times, until then she drops. Taking down to inspect the weapon, Alucard sees the inscription on the sword and states that those swords were "Holy Bayonets."

But then from behind, multiple pages from the Bible crowds and surrounds the place; attaching itself to the walls and glows yellow, barricading the place and preventing dark magic.

Bayonet cross

A cross is made by Alexander Anderson with his holy bayonets

From the stairs behind, Alucard hears a drop of blood and a sound of someone walking and a growl. Father Anderson, at the sight of Alucard, says that they are God's representatives, earthly agents of Divine Punishment; their mission is to destroy those to the last little bit, those fools who would oppose their god and finishes of his monologue with an "Amen" while he poses his bayonets as a cross and dulling it.

Back at the Hellsing Manor, Sir Integra is informed of Anderson's appearance in Badrick. Being able to keep her composure, she was troubled by the thought of him running into Alucard and Seras, only then she realizes the chaos it'll ensue. Sir Integra then orders Dextely Alphensys to get her gun, her sword and two bodyguards ready as she is going to Badrick, while leaving the negotiations with Walter. Outside at the helipad, Sir Integra makes her way to the helicopter as Walter informs the many nicknames Anderson has. As the helicopter flies, Sir Integra too speaks out the last nicknames Anderson has.

Alucard and Andesron stand

A standoff between the two is certainly about to happen in mere seconds

Slowly walking towards Alucard, Anderson smiles widely while commenting that it's a lovely noon. Seras on the floor struggles as Anderson giggles in the sound of her cries of agony, but informs her that she won't be killed as none of the bayonets impaled her through the heart. Anderson explains that he only did so cause it's been a long time since he's gone vampire hunting, so he must enjoy it. Calling them Hellsing Lapdogs, Anderson and Alucard walks slowly to each other.

Alucard asks about what he did to the vampire, to which, Anderson tells him that he's dead and he didn't even have time for fun.

Alucard shoots Andersons

After being stabbed by Anderson's bayonets in the neck, Alucard quickly points his Casull at Anderson's head, and shoot at point blank range

Near each other, a standoff is about to happen. Then suddenly, Anderson turns around and attacks Alucard with his bayonet; impaling him but was then shot by Alucard through the head with the Casull at point blank range, sending Anderson through the floor as blood splatters from the wound. Taking off the holy bayonets from his torso, Alucard comments on the fact that Anderson is brave, but he's also a fool. Turning around to check on his fledgling, Alucard offers a helping hand but is then stopped by a figure standing upwards from behind as Alucard glares in shock.

Anderson charges at Alucard

Charging forward against Alucard, Anderson proceeds to try and slash him with his bayonets, but Alucard in turn dodges and steps backwards

Giggling, Anderson from behind then attacks and impales Alucard once again. Forcing himself out of Anderson's bayonets, Alucard, just as he's about to drop to the floor, would then leaps forward and while doing so, grab his Casull and shoot Anderson, which was powerful enough to send him reeling back. Anderson however, regenerates again and charges straight towards Alucard, who keeps on shooting him until then he's forced to a stop by Anderson who slashes. In response, Alucard dodges it and then steps back and leaps again whilst shooting at Anderson.

Anderson throws bayonetss

In order to take the upper hand, Anderson throws multiple bayonets

Seeing Alucard who fights at long range, Anderson in response blocks all of the Casull's shot before then he pulls out multiple bayonets from both arms and then throws it towards Alucard. Due to the strength and speed Anderson put into the throw, the throw and bayonets itself caused a sonic boom which shatters glasses surround. Alucard, with confidence, started aiming at each bayonet and shoot. Seeing Alucard distracted, Alexander takes the chance and grabs his hands, stabbing them with his bayonets.

Anderson laughs mancally

Seeing Alucard's headless body, Anderson is thrown into a pit of psychopathic and laughs manically

After Alucard is trapped, Alexander shows his healing ability to Alucard. This was when he realizes Alexander is a Human Regenerator. Alexander once again throws multiple bayonets at Alucard's torso before decapitating him. He turns around, and sees Seras, trying to escape with her master's head. He walks towards Seras slowly and eventually catches up to her, but is stopped from killing her by Integra who shatters Anderson's bayonets by shooting it, and surrounded by two of her most elite guards.

Anderson teleportation

Seeing as he's completely unprepared for this, Anderson decides to withdraw while stating that the next time they'll meet, they're dead

Anderson states that he will not back down against a "Protestant whore" and swiftly kills Integra's bodyguards. Before he can kill Integra herself, Alucard regenerates himself and engages Anderson. But before he can kill Integra, Alucard regenerates and engages Alexander again. Alexander manages to cut off Alucard's arms, but Alucard heals so fast that it made Alexander withdraw, who states that he's not ready by teleporting whilst shouting that the next time they meet, he'll kill them.

After the battle is over, Alucard, Integra, and Seras head back to the Hellsing Organisation Manor.

The trailer of the OVA first featured a 2 minutes preview of the OVA, with a focus given to Anderson and Alucard's most anticipated battle featured back in 2005, with a release date announced to be on September 9th 2005.[1] An English Dub trailer was then released in 2006, with the casts from the previous anime returning to provide the voice of the same characters, with a major focus on the action sequences of the OVA itself. The release date for the English dub was announced to be on the 5th of December on 2006.[2]

However, the release of the first OVA was delayed to November 2005, then the 5th of December, and then the team finally set a release date aiming for January 25th of 2006.[3] The team then updated the page and announced a further delay to release on February 10th instead due to quality concerns.[4] Humorously, the team provided an apology manga which featured a young Integra, Arthur on his death bed, and character designs of the Pastor, Richard Hellsing, and Huger, which is then finished by a shot of Seras punching a ghoul.[5]

It was mentioned in the booklet that the delays was due to a lot of retakes and redrawn storyboards. In addition to the retakes, the development of the first episode quickly went to Production Hell due to that sole reason of further delays and retakes. In an attempt to fix the damage already been done, Ryoji Nakamura quickly came back to the studio to fix frames on a short notice, and even though they were over the schedule of release. Noticing that the time was extended, the CG department studio helped the production team with compiling data for filming after the CG work was finished. However, they could not have imagined that the CG department would be sent back to hell again because of retakes from the producer.

In an attempt to compensate for the multiple delays of the release, it was announced that a 30-minute preview of the OVA titled "Hellsing: Digest for Freaks" would broadcast on Kanagawa TV at midnight on the 22th of January.[6]
