Hellsing: Ultimate IV is the fourth installment of the Hellsing: Ultimate series. It was originally released in Japan on February 22, 2008 and released in English on September 23, 2008 by Funimation Entertainment, under the licensing of Geneon USA.
Plot Synopsis[]

As Hellsing and Iscariot hold a meeting with the Queen of the United Kingdom, their conference is interrupted by a message from The Major (via live video transmission brought in by the ubiquitous Schrödinger) citing his intention to wage war on England. Meanwhile, the VTOL aircraft carrier HMS Eagle gets hijacked by Millennium, while the Major and his minions make their way toward London to drive England into another war.

- This was the last installment to be officially dubbed by Geneon, and the first to be released by FUNimation. FUNimation will now be dubbing the rest of the series.
- This is currently the only OVA to feature the same antagonist on both the regular and limited edition box art.
